A GP appointment with FastTrack — whether video or in-clinic — is £125. This includes the consultation, advice, treatment plan, and any prescription or referral generated during the appointment. There are no additional charges unless you need a separate item like a blood test.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Prescriptions, referral letters, and sick notes are £30 each if requested without a full appointment. Your pharmacy may charge a dispensing fee for physical medicines, but this is outside our control.
Payment is taken securely at the time of booking to confirm your slot. If we're unable to help with your issue, or if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be refunded in full.
Follow-up appointments are charged at the standard rate of £125. However, brief follow-up messages or clarifications within 48 hours of your appointment are included at no extra charge.
We are not currently panel-approved by insurers, but we can provide an itemised receipt that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. Contact us if you need help with insurance paperwork.
Blood tests are priced individually from our catalogue of 1,500+ tests. Each test has a fixed price shown before you book. You can search the full catalogue to compare options. A GP consultation to discuss results can be booked separately at the standard £125 rate.
