Yes — same-day appointments are available most days at our Manchester clinic. Walk-in slots are often free within a couple of hours.

Some tests require an 8–12 hour fast — mainly lipid profile and glucose. You'll be told at booking whether fasting is needed. For most tests it isn't.

Tests start from £49. Common panels like thyroid, iron or vitamin D are £49–£95. Full health checks range £195–£395. Prices include GP interpretation.
